Anandam Agro is a domestic-focused pulse milling startup dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious dal to households, supermarkets, and local wholesalers across the country. Our mill will specialize in processing a variety of pulses, which are essential ingredients in the Indian diet. These pulses are widely consumed across different regions and are used in a variety of traditional dishes. The demand for high-quality, clean, and hygienically processed dal continues to grow as more consumers become health-conscious and prefer fresh, safe, and ready-to-cook products. To meet this demand, our dal mill will use advanced milling technology to produce dal that is not only nutritious but also retains its natural flavour and texture. We will primarily serve the domestic market, focusing on regions where dal consumption is high, such as urban centres, semi-urban towns, and rural areas. Our products will be available in both bulk quantities for distributors and retail-sized packages for supermarkets, grocery stores ensuring accessibility for all types of consumers.
