A note on the source's own arithmetic
The scheme reports Rs 578.9 crore as disbursed to startups, which is more than its own total-disbursed figure of Rs 526.4 crore. The first and second application blocks overlap in the government's data, so the two are not directly comparable. We publish the inconsistency rather than quietly averaging it away, and we treat the approved figure as the reliable one.
This is the only hard money on this site. Everywhere else we hold evidence classes, not amounts. How we counted.
