The trust inbox

trust@indianstartupmap.com is read by the people who build this site. It takes corrections to a listing, requests to remove a logo or a registered office line, refund claims and payment questions for the research portal at research.indianstartupmap.com, questions about reusing a figure, and every enquiry about licensing the full set, an older snapshot or a feed. A subject line that says which of those it is helps it get to the right place first.

We acknowledge within 72 hours and answer within 30 days. A request from a company to remove its registered office line is done within two working days; a refund claim is settled inside the windows on the refund policy.

We never ask for money from anyone listed here

A listing on this site is a public government record reproduced with attribution. It costs nothing, it cannot be bought, and it cannot be improved for a fee. We do not call, message or email a listed company to sell it anything, and we never ask a listed company for a payment to keep, fix or remove its page. Anyone who does so in our name is not us; forward the message to the trust inbox and we will say so in writing. What we do sell, to buyers who come looking for it, is on the pricing page.
