What do I get for ₹249?
One report: the PDF, the same chapters inside the research portal, and every refreshed edition of that report for 12 months. 14 chapters, from the monthly registration curve since 2016 to the government's count beside ours. The whole Lucknow report is open, so you can read one before buying one.
What is the difference between Library and Pro?
Library (₹749 a year) is every one of the 138 reports and their monthly editions, Explore at 200 rows per search, backer portfolios in full and 10 saved searches, with no export. Pro (₹2,249 a year) adds every row in Explore, CSV and XLSX export at 5,000 rows a file and 50,000 rows a month, alerts on saved searches and backer portfolio export. One seat.
Does anything renew or auto-charge?
No. Each term is a separate one-time payment. We email a reminder 7 days and 1 day before a term ends, and if you do nothing the access simply stops; nothing is charged without a payment you make yourself.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Prices include GST. The checkout asks for your state, which sets the place of supply, and takes a GSTIN if you want input credit on a business invoice. The invoice is issued by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited (GSTIN 06ABDCA5480F1ZT) and emailed to you with the access link.
Can I get a refund?
If your access is not active within 1 working day of payment, in full on request. Duplicate payments are refunded automatically, and a wrong-report purchase is swapped once within 7 days. There is no change-of-mind refund, which is why the Lucknow report is open in full before you pay. The refund policy in full.
