Aarmbha Re‑Polymatrix LLP is pioneering the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a Modular, Integrated PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Recycling facility in Pune, delivering Globally Certified high‑IV rPET through Advanced Technology, Digital Traceability, and Renewable Energy integration. Positioned as a Compliance enabler and Sustainability leader, the Project sets new benchmarks in Plastic Circularity, Innovation, and Regularity excellence. Mission: Developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an Integrated PET Recycling Facility in Pune, setting new benchmarks in Circularity, Textile Recycling, Compliance, Advanced Technology, and Sustainability. Output: Delivering Globally Certified, High-performance Recycled PET (rPET) for technical applications, positioning the Project as a model for India’s Circular Economy. Process Scope: Handling diverse PET waste streams—bottles, mono-layer films, laminated/metallized films, and textile waste—into high-IV rPET chips, flakes, and popcorn resin. Capacity: Modular, phased operation with 100 MT/month per stream; enables staged capital deployment, risk-mitigated scale-up, and agile market response. Strategic Impact: Addresses India’s supply gap for Premium rPET, reduces import dependency, ensures Compliance with Plastic Waste Management Rules and EPR mandates. Digital Traceability: Embeds QR/RFID tagging and blockchain-ready ledgers for end-to-end batch tracking, ensuring immutable records for EPR reporting, audit readiness, and verifiable chain-of-custody. Innovation: Integrates Industry 4.0 automation, AI-driven optimization, OBP accreditation, ISO & GRS certifications, and ESG alignment. Sustainability: Transitioning to 100% renewable energy operations for net-zero footprint, carbon credit monetization, and ESG-linked financing. Technology Suite: Hot solvent Washing (decontamination), Agglomeration (densification) & Reactive Extrusion, to consistently produce high-IV rPET resin
