We conclude that Start-up India recognition is the only way to our establishment / firm to go forward and improve our self and our country mutually.As per Indian government gazette notification No. D.L – 33004/99 dated 18.02.2016 and 23.05.2017 of ministry of commerce and industry states that for all start-up who got recognition form start-up India shall be exempted / relaxation from prior turnover and prior experience. As a start-up firm we required start-up India reorganization to provide and continue our services. In order to run / sustain our self we required contracts from the different clients / companies. In order to get contracts, we need to participate in open tendering / bidding process. As a part of tendering / bidding process we have to comply / match as per BEC (Bid eligibility criteria) in terms of past experience and finical turnover. AD Construction is a partnership firm, we established this firm with an inspiration of start-up India slogan with an ambition to provide employment and support our country to grow further. We are proving our services in different fields of Oil and Gas, construction and horticulture development and maintenance sectors. In these sectors there is much demand for manpower like engineers, supervisors and helpers extra. There is much opportunity to hire different type’s of qualified and unqualified people in these type of industries. We (Partners) are having individually having very good experience in Oil and Gas, construction and horticulture sector. In Oil and Gas sector we providing our services in laying of NG, CNG, PNG, MDP & LNG pipelines with other composite works of instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, civil works and transportation of material/goods from one place to another place with proper dismantling and re-erecting at destination place and including material handling . Material handling and transpiration service we are providing as per client requirement in customized way like dismantling of racks and refaxing of racks at designated place with proper labeling/numbering/coding. civil contraction we are providing our services in construction of buildings, roads, irrigation, water pipelines, industrial structural sheds, painting works, BT roads, site developments and construction of golf course and horticulture development and maintenance sectors
