ADITYA GROUP is a registered firm under the Section 9 in The Indian Partnership Act, 1932 and developing manpower in various services based in Uttar Pradesh and PAN INDIA. The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a significant effect on unemployment in every state, industry, and major demographic group in Uttar Pradesh and PAN INDIA. This organization is involved in given the best opportunity for experience holder employee’s & fresher’s for training in rural areas for maintain cleanliness in their house, surrounding areas to have healthy and happy life. This organization is also assisting to provide employment by giving training in skill development. This will help to provide opportunity to work under Govt. various scheme to achieve their livelihood. The objective of this organization to keep people first in learning processes which are sustainable, socially acceptable, gender equitable to enable under privileged masses. Beside this the organization is working for rural people and communities to achieve their development own sustainable basis for growth. The organization is working in conception of self-reliance of rural people to make independent for their livelihood. The organization is interacting with human to generate employment by developing skill so that they can work in industries for their employment and also to contribute in the growth of nation. The organization is also looking to empowerment Women & Young Girls to provide training in cooking, sewing & to make various handicraft items so that they can contribute to nation for their development and growth of family. In line with Govt. of India Start-up scheme, the purpose of ADITYA GROUP is generate employment for all cast & gender and to contribute in Swachh Bharat & Skill India initiatives initiated by Government.
