Ammunje Composites is a start-up that has been founded with the vision of providing sanitation to the masses at a fast and sustainable pace. For the manufacture of toilets and other essential items, we have adopted the use of fibreglass as our material of choice. Fiberglass is a revolutionary composite material that can be moulded into any form quickly and is also superior to both concrete and steel in terms of lifespan, weight, strength and durability. We are currently engaging in developing and improving the manufacture techniques of our toilets wherein we aim to establish a male-female moulding technique that can produce one complete toilet without employing complex machinery. This will aid us in keeping a high rate of production while keeping the costs low. Our current techniques employ two people (as compared the previous four) in the moulding of a single cubicle without compromising on quality or time of manufacture. This method ensures that the requirement of highly skilled workers, usually associated with moulding fibreglass, is reduced; enabling us to train new employees faster which in turn aids in quicker scaling than traditionalfibreglass manufacturers. All our moulds and articles are designed and optimised using 3D design and analysis software which help us develop the best products while reducing the overall wastage of materials. Our main aim is to keep reducing the cost of production for items like Toilets, Agricultural Control panels, Bio-Digesters, Bio-Gas production units while increasing their quality, so that they become easily accessible at affordable prices.
