AyurSource Global is an early-stage agritech and export-focused startup building a digital sourcing and batch traceability platform for botanical and Ayurvedic ingredients. We connect farmers directly with domestic and international nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, functional food, and cosmetics manufacturers through a transparent, quality-driven supply chain. Our model addresses a long-standing challenge in the botanical ingredients industry, where multiple intermediaries, inconsistent quality verification, and limited traceability reduce buyer confidence and leave farmers with lower and unpredictable returns. By combining direct farmer relationships, crop-planning guidance, standardized quality verification, batch-specific documentation, and a planned digital traceability platform, we aim to improve transparency, strengthen supply-chain trust, and enable buyers to verify the origin and quality of every shipment. The startup is currently developing its sourcing network, quality assurance processes, and export capabilities, while working toward building a scalable technology-enabled platform that can connect thousands of farmers with buyers across India and global markets. Our long-term vision is to become India's most trusted digital sourcing and traceability platform for botanical ingredients, supporting sustainable agriculture, import substitution, and global exports of high-quality Indian botanicals.
