Start-up India Scheme is an initiative by the Government of India for generation of employment and wealth creation. The goal of our firm BLAXE SECURITY MANPOWER SOLUTIONS is to contribute toward a Manpower placement and recruiting, Selecting, Interviewing, Training and Employing all types of executives, Middle Management Staff, Junior Level Staff, Workers, Labourers Skilled/Unskilled required by various Industries and organizations including providing security services, Labour contractors, Industrial, Commercial, Housing and other security services through our services and increase the employment rate in India. Our Firm will solve the need of illiterate people also. We decide to launch our start up when we observed that corona virus has affected widely and when we get to know that many workers as skilled, unskilled are jobless so we shall decide to connect many industries and companies for initiating manpower placement and recruiting services by our firm as a startup. We will participate in GEM Portal with seller Id XE4F230008216086 and will introducing mobile app to reach the man power for providing the services as per skill required by various industries and organisations. We will connect the industries and manpower workers through our GEM Portal and Mobile App. We as a startup propose to solve the problem related to Manpower placement and recruiting, Selecting, Interviewing, Training and Employing all types of executives, Middle Management Staff, Junior Level Staff, Workers, Labourers Skilled/Unskilled required by various Industries and organizations including providing security services, Labour contractors, Industrial, Commercial, Housing and other security services through our services and increase the employment rate in India.
