#LakhiBagh - SkillsVardaan #LakhiBagh – Making of #AamAadmi a #KhaasAadmi… …Generating 100K employment for RuralTalent, SchoolDropouts, Housewives & SpecialChildren Establishing #GyanVardaanKendras (Digital Labs) in Mumbai, Pune, Bhilai, Nasik, Vadodara, Ahmedabad to run the below program. While Akbar built the Lakhi Bagh (near Darbhanga) of 100 thousand mango trees, Shah Jehan built a special courier lane between Delhi and Mahratta Coast so that he could have mangoes till the beginning of spring. And, #Reliance developed Orchard named Dhirubhai Ambani Lakhibag Amrayee where they have cultivated 167 varieties of mangoes on dwarf trees at Jamnagar refinery. We sincerely believe that there is a connection between aam & aadmi and hence we are working to make them #Khaas and have taken an initiative as #LakhiBagh on this 71st #IndependenceDay to provide #1LakhJobs from the available talent in Rural or backward areas, School dropouts, Housewives and Special children (#AamAadmi) by identifying their unique talent, upskill them and get them placed in either full time or part time opportunities (#SkillsVardaan). For this purpose, we conduct special curriculum activities making learning fun and hone their skills holistically. These skills are helpful to get the learning’s effectively increasing their grasping power. These skills will also helps to improve Creative & Logical thinking, Decision making capabilities along with the domain expertise. All the individuals would be going through our complete process of SkillsMapping, UpSkilling & Placements.
