With the help of ePortfolio of Brite Camp we would like to capture all the talent with the students outside academics. Once the same is documented and analysed then it becomes way easier for the institution to understand and categorize the talent of each and every student and look at encouraging the student for the same. This will help the student to be encouraged in terms of pursuing their respective passion and interest and make a career in their respective desired lines breaking the shackles of the societal pressure of making careers in certain earmarked career paths. The entire Brite Camp platform is built with the idea of bringing in a lot of value systems of the students which includes the family value system [getting to know the larger family by virtue of building the family tree], entrepreneurship, philanthropy [with respect to sharing a part of their earnings for various causes of the deserving children], Also, Brite Camp as a platform encourages the students for raising funds for various causes without having the restriction of being geographically bounded, the platform will allow the student to raise the funds across the globe for the causes supported by them. Also, Brite Camp will allow the students to get connected with the like-minded students across the globe ad exchange ideas thus enabling them to hone their skills. Last but not the least, the platform will encourage the students to be physically active by encouraging them with rewards for physical activity.
