DAFY is a team of young minds passionate about finding solutions for problems that a common man faces in the modern economy. DAFY started its operations at Kochi, Kerala in the year 2022. DAFY targets its operations on upper middle-class citizens in Tier A cities, to solve their day-to-day problems by giving personal assistance service; based on their lifestyle and shopping trends. DAFY acts as a personal assistant to its customers by taking care of their basic tasks like shopping, document transfers, bill payments, giftings, takeaways, laundering etc., which helps them to stay productive and giving a valuable time to relax and focus on more productive tasks. DAFY aims at being a personal assistant to a customer in a way that the customer doesn’t have to make a list or take an appointment to do their day-to-day tasks. Personal Assistance service have a greater scope in the modern economic world where everyone is busy on their schedules. DAFY targets to focus on people in the age group 21 to 60 years, which comes around 10 lakhs in targeted city, Ernakulam Kerala. DAFY also focuses on people above the age of 60 years who needs Personal Assistance in their day-to-day life. According to studies made the current requirement for the targeted people in shopping is readily availability and quality of the products or services provided. Studies also showed a scope for a better delivery channel, which is not been provided by most of the hyper local delivery applications. DAFY solves both this requirement by giving them with best quality stores and making the products purchased from multiple shops at a time and delivered within hours, through better delivery channels. DAFY has inhouse delivery executives, whom are well trained and groomed to treat the customers in a way a personal assistant be. DAFY also provides Driver Assistance to its users as part of Personal Assistance service. Customers can avail Driver Assistance Service and DAFY provides them with trained Drivers
