This is a Technology enabled Service to provide Fresh Organic Cow Milk to the consumers in tier II cities. Key highlights are: 1. Use of Mobile Apps: Mobile App is being developed to enable the consumers to opt for Quality Assured Fresh Organic Cow Milk supply on a daily/weekly/monthly basis / Adhoc basis. 2. Low Cost Bottling: A very simple and low cost bottling machine is developed costing around Rs.10,000/-. This machine can fill 500 bottles of 500 ml milk in 30 minutes. 3. Delivery and Logistics: The Fresh Milk will be distributed to the consumers within 3 hours from the time of milking the fresh milk. For the products delivery logistics it is proposed to use Electric scooters and Hybrid Hydrogen gas Petrol engine bikes which reduces emission and also increases fuel efficiency.
