Dr. DONNIE ALOYSIUS, is the Managing Partner of Ecoguard which is one and only one manufacturer of HOPPER BOTTOM PLASTIC WATER TANK WITH INBUILT LEGS IN SINGLE MOULD--SELF CLEANING WATER TANK. The Inventor of this innovation is his father Mr. ALOYSIUS C C, who is a eminent scientist in the field of water treatment. The invention facilitates water treatment and storage in a single system and provides safe and pure water throughout the residence. PROCESS- Raw water gets chlorinated by Chlorine diffuser. Water enters the hopper bottom tank through Cyclonic Distributor. Centrifugal and Gravitational forces acting on suspended solids will sediment and settle the solids at the hopper bottom of the tank. The settled solid wastes are removed daily through auto drain valve. Outlet water, just above the hopper bottom again enters Activated carbon cum micron filter.In these processes water is purified by removing Pathogenic micro organisms, Iron & Manganese (both water soluble Ferrous and Manganous salts are oxidised by Chlorine to insoluble Ferric and Mangenic salts which are settled at the hopper bottom) ,Silica ,Suspended solids , mud , grit, colour, turbidity & BOD. Ensures zero contamination of stored water by ensuring the daily removal of sludge from the bottom of the tank which may be contaminated to pathogenic anaerobic sludge, if not removed. It is marketed at the same price compared to ordinary flat bottom plastic water tank which should be cleaned manually in every week.
