Innovation: Eragam’s AVLGI is a partnership firm. Partners Kavitha MS and Dr Eragam P Venkatesh are the promoters. The brand name of the launched platform is Arya Vysya Ladies Group International. After a thorough research and study about the need of self development of this sect woman folk, couple have created an online platform on Facebook. The results of the study were: a. There is no any exclusive platform for these woman folk b. Since decades, they don’t have a place to showcase their talents or skills c. There is no such place where they can have their ideas exchanged or they can gather information about daily life d. Mankind being so serious and busy in their regular life, they do not have a structured group of associates to share their feelings, happiness or sorrow e. They do not have any such forums which can appreciate their small achievements f. Also there is no such reliable forum to guide them about their daily routine Improvement: Based on the above points, they have launched the Facebook group and after a tremendous success online, they have decided to launch the offline version of the same. It is a unique platform which is created exclusively for the woman folk. It gives a lot of opportunities for their self growth. The offline version is called as “Wings” and it is getting established across in the form of self managed small groups with the above mentioned features. Scalability: It is noteworthy that, within a short period the membership for the online group has reached around 30,000 and over 1,000 members with in couple of months after launching its offline version. Based on these initial numbers, taking it to the next level seems very practical and firm has a target of reaching 5,000 members in a period of next 3 years and so on.
