The Company shall engage in the business of cultivation, procurement, processing, packaging, storage, distribution, marketing, trading, buying, selling, export, and import of all types of agricultural products, commodities, and allied goods, including but not limited to grains, cereals, pulses, oilseeds, fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, flowers, organic products, medicinal plants, plantation crops, food products, and agro-based commodities. The Company may also deal in agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, pesticides, bio-pesticides, irrigation systems, farm equipment, agricultural machinery, and related products. Further, the Company shall provide agricultural consultancy, farm management, agri-technology solutions, digital marketplace services, supply chain management, warehousing, cold storage, logistics, food processing, value addition, grading, sorting, branding, and packaging services. The Company may establish, operate, and manage e-commerce platforms, collection centers, processing units, warehouses, and distribution networks, and collaborate with farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), cooperatives, research institutions, government agencies, and private enterprises. The Company may undertake domestic and international trade, export-import operations, contract farming, organic farming, sustainable agriculture initiatives, and all other activities incidental, ancillary, or conducive to the promotion, development, sales, services, and growth of agriculture, agribusiness, food processing, and allied sectors.
