Our startup operates in the field of specialized surface engineering for telecom infrastructure components. We provide integrated surface preparation and protective coating solutions for metal parts used in telecom towers, mounting brackets, equipment cabinets, enclosures, and structural supports. Telecommunication infrastructure components are continuously exposed to harsh environmental conditions such as humidity, rainfall, coastal salinity, industrial pollution, and extreme temperature variations. These conditions accelerate corrosion, oxidation, and coating degradation, leading to reduced structural integrity, increased maintenance cycles, and higher operational costs for telecom operators. Our startup addresses this challenge by implementing a structured and technology-driven surface protection system. Through controlled shot blasting, we remove rust, mill scale, and contaminants while creating an optimized surface profile to ensure strong coating adhesion. Chromatizing (chemical conversion treatment) enhances corrosion resistance at the substrate level. Finally, electrostatic powder coating provides a durable, uniform, and environmentally responsible protective finish with long-term performance. By integrating mechanical preparation, chemical treatment, and advanced coating technologies under standardized quality control, we enhance the lifespan, reliability, and sustainability of telecom metal components while reducing lifecycle maintenance costs.
