Our goal is to empower the NextGen with the skills needed for adapting to the ever-changing world of education Our objectives are aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals, Global Citizenship Education and National Education Policy (NEP), India. This is an idea from a nonprofit, Section 8 Company aimed at the 360 Degree enablement of the NextGen students and the workforce. This program enables the students educators/ participants to learn at their own pace and time It also offers flexibility to select their own module of interest. We have developed a 360 Degree enablement manual for education and employment preparedness in line with the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Our manual and platform are aimed at benefiting students from grade 9 and above. We have a 9-member core team with more than 25 years of experience, globally in Academia and Industrial sectors. We have launched our NextGen 360 Degree Enablement Manual on Jan 2021 officially through an international Webinar In addition, a Digital platform complements this manual This initiative encompasses the 3 pillars namely Self-directed Learning, Remote Learning and Community Engagement. We have already trained a batch of experienced faculty members of Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on our 360 Degree enablement and Mentoring the Mentors program. We are in process of developing the Big data Analytics dashboard for employment exploration for the job role and skills sets need globally. Which can be used by the student / institutions as a simulator for the students to prepare better with the new age data.
