Our company ( JAKS and D HR Solution (OPC ) Pvt. Ltd. ) mainly provides cleaning/ housekeeping services to any Govt. and Pvt organisation on contract or tender basis . The innovative idea of our business is that we have included a social cause in it by providing voluntary cleanliness and sweeping services to public places such as Public Parks , Pedestrian, Public Toilets , Slum areas ,Bus Stops ,Roads etc. where local Municipal Corporation or Govt. does not reach around the organization where we'll provide service. This idea is inspired by “SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN “which is an excellent initiative of GOVT. OF INDIA which was launched on 2nd October 2014. SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN has done great job in the field of hygiene and cleaning of our society and public places .This program is also spreading the awareness and benefits of SWACHHTA ABHIYAAN but somewhere this program has not been much effective and lost its rhythm somewhere. Even today slum areas, public toilets, bus stands, roads, parks are not maintained and cleaned regularly. These are cleaned/ maintained once or twice every month but what about the rest of days . The another innovative idea of our company is- to skill unskilled labour who are unorganized and labouring on daily wages usually work at construction site and gathered at LABOUR CHOWK in every city or towns .Metro cities .Today all unskilled labour is in very bad condition as far as their social and economic condition is concerned. They don’t have any kind of medical facility, provident fund, pension, and another facility which are very necessary for any kind of employee. Our company will provide a better option of jobs with all other facilities such as EPFO (Provident Fund ) , ESIC (Medical Facility ) with providing them minimum wages as per Govt.Rules which will definitely improve them financially as well as socially by making them skilled manpower under SKILL INDIA PROGRAMME
