It is used in Steel Industries, Cement Plant, Power Plant and mining. Our customer Tata steel certifies a saving of Rs. 108 million. It has the Joint patent and won the national award for this innovation. Hybrid Idler confirming IS-8598 accept dia-'D' this part is our innovation. Our customer segments are Steel Industries, Cement Plant, Power Plant and mining. Our slogan is “wear is unlimited …… Jyoti Cero brings it within limit” and Motto is “Innovate to enhance the life” Our Product “Hybrid Idler” is having 8 to 10 fold more life than conventional Idler which give impact on life cycle cost because break down is having very high Impact on product costing /Pricing. So to minimize the breakdown, customer get benefits and generate revenue. A patent has been granted for this invention entitled IDLER ROLLER WITH WEAR RESISTANCE COATING FOR CONVEYER SYSTEM TO TRANSPORT MATERIALS which Brand name is Hybrid Idler. Patent No. 295382 Tata Steel is our main customer for Hybrid idler. we have supplied this product Larsen & Toubro Ltd and TRF Ltd also.
