Our start up is focusing on rollable millet foods.Sorghum (Jowar), Pearl Millet (Bajra), Foxtail/ Italian Millet (Navane or korralu) and Finger Millet (Ragi) are used to prepare Indian Breads by hand hammering procedure . The shelf life of millets flour is less than 4 months when carefully stored in a vapour free container. In association with Central Food Technological Research Institute(CFTRI) Mysore, a technology has been developed by P.V.K.Rao to use millet flour in the rollable form.
