Incorporated by a pair of Engineers turned bankers, the proposed startup under the name of Kinu Technologies Private Limited aims to disrupt the Overseas trade business process and Cross Border Trade Finance. With India eyeing a 1 trillion US Dollar of Exports and slight higher Imports, the proposed platform is pivoted on 4 pillars. The First pillar is a user friendly, educative and assisted Import Export management system capturing the entire ecosystem of trade right from initiation of licenses to PO/SO to regularization of statutory compliances to claiming cross border trade benefits like duty drawback, incentives, scrips etc. The Second pillar is facilitating MSME and mid sized corporates to raise unconventional finances by way of factoring, trade credits, credits backed by trade insurances, other uncommitted lines etc. by acting as a collaborative medium with various lenders. The third pillar is facilitating cost effective and seamless cross border payments and collections. The fourth pillar is providing a transparent market place for tradable export incentives like Scrips.
