Azzetta is a mobile application which can be used for managing household appliances, important documents, gadgets or other assets in the best possible way. The users during their lifetime acquire several appliances and gadgets to improve their standard of living and quality of life. These appliances were once considered as luxury goods and taxed heavily, and the market size was very much restricted to urban areas and confined to the top 5% of the households. However, since the liberalization and improved thrust to the economy there has been steady increase in the disposable income of the upper middle class households as well as the middle and lower class standard of life has improved. The explosive growth in the telecom sector and media has increased awareness of these appliances, gadgets and with increased capacity in production and supply base gave raise to intense competition where there is explosive demand and supply matching the demand. More and more multinational companies started investing in manufacturing plants and supply logistics has made India as an emerging and fastest growing market for consumer durables in the world. (Apart from household assets there is a very big market in automobiles and two-wheelers improving personal mobility of the aspiring population and these assets are invariably bought with loans from financial institutions ) Azzetta is creating an innovative product in the form of a mobile application to manage all these assets. It acts as an integrator application that will manage all warranties, AMCs, second hand sale price, discovery and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer ) servicing , call requests over a single mobile application. Azzetta’s Objective is to automate the process of keeping records of invoice bills, warranty cards etc and convert that data into online format and not only provide reminders for the same but also to provide assistance in case there is any need for a repair/service request directly from the OEM.
