LOTUS Consultancy itself floated on vision of giving solution to MSME and empowers them in terms of process, innovation, technology incubation and providing Hand Holding support for MSME’s; and thereby improve efficiency and productivity of MSME’s. Company vision is to address MSME issues pertaining to ‘Capital & knowledge, Suitable Technology, low production, ineffective marketing strategy, modernization & expansion, skilled labor at affordable cost, communication with concerned govt. departments, Banking & Financial support etc.’ LOTUS Consultancy is working on special areas of activity like ‘Skill trainings, Creating manpower with acquired technology and skills, Entrepreneurship Development and providing solutions through technical & technological; and Entrepreneurship Development incubation. LOTUS Consultancy foremost focus is on ‘Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Food as well as Garments sectors in addressing issues linked with technical, market and manpower; where it has lot of scope for scalability in terms of innovation, incubation and hand holding support. LOTUS Consultancy activity is centered on creating wealth. Company focused to create 50,000 of employment opportunities in the four sectors i.e., chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Food and Garments sectors in the coming five years. It has to be noted that these four focused sectors are bulk in their activity in production as well as exporting products; and they in turn creating a regular increase in demand for skilled manpower with sustainable growth potential.
