Smart Farmeeng – Bio Refinery mission is to utilize fish & shellfish waste to wealth. Converting fish and shellfish waste to bio-active organic nutrients, fertilizers and feed supplement and additives for natural and sustainable farming in Agriculture, Horticulture, Livestock, Poultry and Pet Animals. S.F.B.R utilizes bio-refined organic products free from pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Bio-refining of fish and shellfish waste into stable Feed, Fertilizer, Bio-converting of fish and shellfish waste into liquid and powdered bio-active products for fertilization, Soil recharge, immune modulation against pathogens and diseases, etc. Products are Chlorophyll and Plankton enhancer, growth and production booster with effective microorganisms to further enhance soil fertility. The product has advantage to be non-lethal traditional counter measures and a farm based mitigation method for controlling crop raiders. The Fish and Shellfish create large amount of waste which is a resource wasted. Fish waste is a renewable energy source. Go green and recycle now with eco-innovation. Bio-refining of fish processing waste and its transformation into stable feed & fertilizer ingredients for sustainable agriculture in a eco-friendly way. Bio-refineries are novel method of fish processing waste. Fish waste recycling into organic fertilizers is well in tuned with current food production concern, waste disposal, environmental responsibility and supply chain efficiency. A huge possibilities of the above organic waste can be used in agricultural to cut drawn chemical fertilizer requirement. 100kg of fish processing waste is recycled through integrated agriculture about 15.9, 5.0, 4.0, 0.2, 0.06, 0.04, 0.02kg bio-available chelated nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, haem-iron, manganese, copper and zinc in 100kg liquid organic fertilizer. Similarly 100kg of fish hydrolysate meal provides 3.0, 2.0, 0.7, 1.5, 10.4, 2.2, 1.8kg bio-available nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur boron, calcium, magnesium respectively. Shellfish shell bio-extracts contain Chitin and Chitosan derivatives like Chito-oligo saccharides, Oligo chitosan, Lipochito-oligo saccharide, Chitosan oligomers, Astaxanthins, Carotenoids, Antioxidants, Peptides, Enzymes & Taurine (Sulphonic acid).
