M/s Manjit Hospitality (hereinafter referred to as “the Firm”) is a duly constituted partnership firm, incorporated on 14th August 2024, with its registered office at Lakhtokia, Fancy Bazar, Guwahati, Assam, and an operational branch office at Transport Centre, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. The Firm is registered as a Micro Enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-AS-03-0054965) under the National Industry Classification (NIC 2008) Code 52219 – ‘Other Land Transport Services n.e.c.’, with a declared major activity of Services. The Firm has been promoted with the principal objective of providing integrated land-transport, logistics-support and allied municipal-service solutions to government bodies, urban local bodies (ULBs), public-sector undertakings, and private institutional clients across Northern and North-Eastern India. The promoters bring deep operational familiarity with municipal contracting and infrastructure-services execution, and have therefore positioned the Firm to participate in rate-contract opportunities for solid-waste collection and transportation, mechanised road sweeping, sewer-desilting support logistics, and equipment-deployment services issued by Municipal Corporations and State Government departments. This Project Report has been prepared to support the Firm’s applications for (i) recognition under the Startup India initiative of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), (ii) continuation of its MSME / Udyam status with progressive upgradation, and (iii) credit facility / working-capital appraisal by its bankers. The report sets out the Firm’s constitution, promoter background, scope of services, market opportunity, technical implementation plan, manpower and asset requirements, projected financials over a five-year horizon, and a structured risk-mitigation framework.
