However, manual review by experts is time-consuming and unviably costly. Innovation: Our product bridges this gap by leveraging technology. It uses an AI-based approach that removes human intervention making the product standardized and cost efficient for students and young job-seekers. The clients can build a job-specific professional resume with the help of detailed analysis provided by the software. Improvement: Resume is a sales document that represents the candidate in front of the recruiter, highlighting strengths relevant to the job. So modifying resume as per the requirement is a sure shot way to increase the chances of getting shortlisted multifold. However, the process is time-consuming and excruciating. The automized process reduces the time from several hours to few minutes. It can revolutionize the job market and boost the growth rate of the economy. Scalability: As the process is technology driven it requires minimal human intervention. We can manage the increase in demand by upgrading the software. However, a small team for resolving queries of clients may be needed which can be dealt with by getting regular customer feedback.
