Our Initative : Smart Crop Doctor : Smart Crop Doctor addresses the critical challenge of crop losses caused by delayed disease detection, lack of timely expert guidance, and limited access to real-time insights. Leveraging AI-powered drones with multispectral imaging, it continuously monitors crop health, identifies issues at an early stage, and delivers instant, actionable recommendations—enabling precise interventions that reduce losses, optimize input usage, and significantly enhance farmer productivity, income, and food security. Future Vision (Phase 2) : Smart Crop Doctor aims to evolve into a comprehensive, end-to-end agricultural platform that supports farmers across the entire crop lifecycle—from sowing to selling. By integrating advanced crop scanning and AI-driven analytics, the platform will provide pre-harvest yield predictions, enabling better planning and market readiness. In addition, it will connect farmers to secure post-harvest infrastructure such as warehouses and cold storage facilities to minimize losses. A dedicated digital marketplace will further empower farmers to directly sell their produce, ensuring fair pricing and improved profitability.
