MorTech is a farm machinery and equipment company that designs innovative machines for farmers. The first product is Sugarcane de-topper cum de-trasher. It de-tops and cleans the harvested sugarcane to make them ready for industry. The Machine “ Sugarcane De-topper Cum De-trasher” is operated by 3 HP Single phase electric motor and is equipped with high-speed centrifugal cleaning Technique (canvas rubber blade mounted on rollers used as cleaning element) which facilitates effective cleaning of harvested sugarcane at higher output. It also facilitates by-product utilization by adequate de-topping operation without damaging the top leaves. The leaves can then be used as fodder or as ropes for making bundles. USP: 1. Very high capacity (9 times more as compared to traditional) & reduce the operational cost nearly by 50%. 2. Provision of adjustment as per the variety of sugarcane 3. Dual-purpose, affordable technology facilitating by-product utilization 4. Multiple feeding options (3-4 canes at a time) 5. Multiple powering options (for farms with no electricity) Currently, the machine is being modified to transform into an affordable Sugarcane Combine by adding harvesting and binding attachment. This process is underway. However, we are launching the machine in the year 2022 with the detopping and detrashing attachment.
