Propi revenue will come from Subscription Modules, Developer Marketing Projects, Marketing Campaigns etc. Once we set up the Complete Mumbai operations, the plan is to expand to a few more Top Indian cities to replicate the module. The Platform will enable the Developers to send regular project information through their Sales Teams to Real Estate Advisors/RERA Registered Agents. This will enable more authentic information going to Channel Partners/Real Estate Advisors since the communication is done regularly by the Developers. Propi as a Platform also has Developers and Developers Team mates also on board, currently, we have more than 6500 RERA Registered Projects on line which are easy to search. We also have nearly 1700 Developers in Mumbai, All Cat I developers to Cat 4 Developers mapped up with their sales team of more than 5000 who will also be part of the Propi Eco System. Currently, we have pre-registered around 26800 Channel Partners/Agents/RERA Registered Consultants on Propi.in in Mumbai and MMR Region. The Propi platform enables the Real Estate Agents, to reach out to new micro markets and enhance their business professionally. The Real Estate Agents typically loose business, when they are given any property requirements or property listings in locations or micro locations where they dont have expertise in. The Peer to Peer connectivity engages the realtors in placing their daily requirements of properties and requirements and especially the tech enables the Real Estate Agent to instantly find properties for his clients, which the tech search engine populates. Further, Developer Sales Team can take part in this to recommend properties to the Real Estate Agents etc. The role of the Real Estate Agent in his business, is to Sell "Information" and which is what Propi will address in phase 1 of its development, which is 90% completed on line and is currently live. Currently, as per an estimate in all these Cities to begin with, there are close to 100,000 real estate advisors who are functioning in a disorganised manner. Key cities in India, being Mumbai, Mumbai MMR Region, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Delhi NCR region have the largest amount of Real Estate Agents and Developers and Developer Sales Team. Information is essential for any realtor in the Indian Property Market involved in the real estate transaction side of business and this is the essence of Propi to provide authentic information to each stake holder. Propi is a fusion of CRM and MLS platforms and is a Market Place.
