Openza Solutions is an engineering-driven startup focused on modernizing maintenance operations in the Indian Railways through smart mechanical and electro-pneumatic solutions supported with professional service delivery. Our flagship innovation is a next-generation Special Purpose Machine (SPM) designed to automate bio-toilet tank maintenance and replace labour-dependent manual processes with a safe, highly efficient and consistent mechanism. Unlike the machines currently in use at depots — which are heavy, complex and not aligned with existing infrastructure — our solution is lightweight, ergonomically engineered and seamlessly deployable within current workshop setups.
