Incorporated under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, the firm is dedicated to developing and commercializing cutting-edge products and services that address real-world challenges while leveraging technology, sustainability, and scalability. With a diverse portfolio of activities—ranging from infrastructure development, smart agriculture, and renewable energy solutions to digital services such as e-commerce, software development, LegalTech, and HR outsourcing—the firm aims to revolutionize traditional sectors by integrating modern tools like IoT, AI, cloud computing, and precision farming techniques. We are also engaged in sectors such as health and wellness, education technology, gaming, tourism, and logistics—targeting inclusive growth and value creation across both urban and rural India. The firm is a new entity, not formed by splitting or reconstructing any existing business, and has not exceeded the turnover threshold of INR 100 crores in any financial year since incorporation.
