In their own words

Every transaction of fresh food(fruits & vegetables) requires accurate grading. However, grading of fresh food is highly inefficient, relying heavily on human guesswork, leading to high uncertainty in quality & spoiled food reaching the next level. It leads to poor quality management and a huge amount of food gets spoiled due to inefficient management. Our technology would grade the fresh food with 95% accuracy at 10 times faster speed than manual methods. This would enable our customers to manage their inventory with higher efficiency. Reducing losses. This would also bring in transparency in the supply chain helping incentivising quality and support fair pricing. We are building a handheld scanning device for quick & accurate grading of fresh food. Employing multiple sensors to capture internal quality our solution gives an accurate assessment of Freshness, Ripeness, Spoilage and Shelf Life of fresh food.
