1 we are in process to create a team of young professionals and trained personals who can handle sophisticated high end equipment's and further train young person’s so make them self sufficient. 2. We have devised procedures for handling many other high tech machines and equipment used in high altitude Hydro stations, which is an untouched area. 3. After Studying pattern of maintenance in Hydro power stations, we prepared a maintenance methodology, wherein we have developed a team to take up maintenance works which come up frequently in Hydro stations. This includes repair and maintenance of Spillway, Lining of Penstroke, removal, repair and adjustment of Turbine blades, repair of radial gates etc by way of providing Steel lining, High strength Concrete, anchoring , Epoxy coating of Dam Surface wall etc. Also we have Sufficient teams proficient to use Chemical crack detections kits, Ultrasonic crack detection kits, portable x rays to detect crack in metal surface and this helps in meeting the high quality standards set forth by industry. 4. We are also preparing few teams of highly trained persons , who will be able to take up maintenance of Hot Extra High Voltage (EHV) . This is a new phenomenon in maintenance of EHV lines without interrupting the power supply to consumers. This process will also reduce breakdown of EHV and UHV power lines. 5. Adoption of new processes for maintenance of EHV Sub station and Hydro power houses.
