Our region, Kutch has seen growth in development in industrial sector even in remote villages such as Lakadiya ,Naliya ,Nakhatrana, Gandhidham to list a few after earthquake. But ,certain problem that still remain intact is of unemployment among local including unskilled and semi-skilled workers . On the other hand as companies being from other states find it difficult to get apt experts, professionals for different departments for smoothly running the operations of the company. They faces issue in getting various services like Transportation ,Construction (inc. all types of civil works), Housekeeping ,Fire & Safety as they have to hires separate agency for each services . Not having proper understanding of the work culture, tradition ,lifestyle ,basic requirements of local employees act as a barrier in getting right person at right job. These problems makes necessary for a trouble shooter to plug in ,where we step in. On one hand being known and aware of local resources ,work culture, tradition on the other hand in depth understanding of companies requirements of resources and services makes its possible for us to find right balance between the two. We intend to Vocal for local and to provide one step shopping for the services required by industries thereby being the partner in growth.
