SAHAYATA HOME SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED
Siwan, Bihar
In their own words
A majority of people in India lives in tier-2 and tier-3 cities of India which are being consistently overlooked by most of the service providing firms. This overlooked nature of firms cost these cities a lack of services and depletion in livelihood. These people often not have accessibility to common needs even while getting exposed to outside then how can one expect that they will not get exposed in these challenging pandemic time. People living in these cities are often calculated as not being Technology friendly, which is not a case now then also they are ignored, Why? This global pandemic has opened our eyes to find a unique solution for the people in each and every section of their day to day life. People get annoyed while using different apps for different services and are still not able to fulfill their needs. The common needs of a people include grocery items, food items(cooked), water, Sweets, cakes, Medical services, Hotels, Event organizers, Security and Surveillance along with the household products which are not found under a roof. Due to scattered nature of these services people often faces difficulties in finding them. Also Nowadays, a majority of people are non-vegetarian and are often conscious about the quality of meat so they prefer to buy meat by going to the shops which can be prevented through our solution. As per reports, Over 94 percent of India's working population is part of the unorganized sector which is hitted hard by the pandemic. In this pandemic we have also noticed that a big section of migrant workers most of which are skillful have lost their jobs and are not sure about their future. This problem is due to the lack of facilities and opportunities in the unincorporated sector of occupation. Due to the lockdown, more than 300 deaths were reported till 5 May, with reasons ranging from starvation, suicides, exhaustion, road and rail accidents,] police brutality and denial of timely medical care. Among the reported deaths, most were among the marginalised migrants and labourers. These things can be resolved in future by providing employment to these workers at their native places. As per reports, about 4 million Indian-origin laborer’s are migrant workers in the Middle East alone. They are credited to have been the majority of workers who built many of Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar and Persian Gulf modern architecture, including the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in world's history which opened in January 2010. These migrant workers are attracted by better salaries (typically US$2 to 5 per hour), possibility of earning overtime pay, and opportunity to remit funds to support their families in India. The Middle East-based migrant workers from India remitted about US$20 billion in 2009. Once the projects are over, they are required to return at their own expenses, with no unemployment or social security benefits. In some cases, labor abuses such as unpaid salaries, unsafe work conditions and poor living conditions have been claimed, So why can't we provide most of them employment in our own country?
