We have fully integrated vertical set up with in-house facilities for GRS certified, 100% recycled cotton paper packaging products, labels, elastics, fashion tapes (organic cotton as well as recycled polyester). To reduce carbon foot print, ensure authenticity and to help the local economy, we source all our raw materials locally from nearby textile factories. Below are some of salient features of our high quality product range (which are all Oekotex and GRS certified): • Hang tags and packaging from award winning 100% recycled cotton paper that is wood free, acid free, sun-dried and consumes fraction of energy and water compare to recycled wood paper. These are made from first and only GRS certified paper factory that runs on renewable energy and recycles all the water. Papers are printed with vegetable inks using high end Heidelberg printing machine. • Woven and printed labels made with 100% recycled polyester, 100% Organic cotton or blends • Care and certification labels made with 100% recycled polyester without UV and with option of adding colored threads for brand identity protection • Elastics made with 100% recycled polyester • Packing and Tote bags made with recycled cotton polyester and organic cotton • Fashion tapes - Herringbone, twill and canvas tapes made with certified organic cotton and/or recycled polyester • Garment Polybag – Made with 100 % recycled raw materials at end which is recyclable too. • FSC certified – Packaging Products like Hangtags, Boxes ,etc. To improve and quantify the measures of our impact, we have initiated Higg Index verification process as well. All the products will be supplied with Transaction certificates as an assurance for authenticity of our products and production methods.
