Samaira Technologies’ goal is to construct all of the lathe machines by hand in a workshop that is completely outfitted with cutting-edge machinery in order to produce the highest quality machines possible while maintaining an affordable price point. In addition to this, one of our goals is to provide a single-point turning solution for the Indian industrial sector that covers all types of turnings. We also provide these machines to different colleges, ITI and Polytechnique institute for their workshop uses, by providing them with these machines we are able to train as many as students for a better future. We have a highly qualified team of engineers working in a workshop that is fully stocked with all of the necessary machinery and equipment. We have a workshop with a floor space of 7,000 square feet, which is dedicated to the production of high-quality machines. We have a full-fledged machine shop that is stocked with the most up-to-date machinery. Our highly educated and experienced team of engineers are always ready and aggressive for quality production and product development. The company makes new functional materials that help make high-capacity, medium-capacity, and small-capacity systems for generating and storing energy. We work quickly and do good work. The best things about the machines are their high quality, ease of use, heavy-duty castings, thorough lubrication system, interchangeable parts made possible by standardisation and quality control, and clutch drives on all geared machines to make sure they have the best grip. From the beginning, it was very clear that the company's motto was to only make good products. The same is still true for the company because only quality means that something will last. At the moment, we make about 50 machines a month with a wide range of products. The company is very committed to improving its Quality Management System all the time. It does this by designing products to meet customer needs and by making and delivering high-quality, cost-effective products on time. With a team of highly qualified engineers, technically advanced and precise machines, and a fully equipped R&D, Quality Control, and Standard Room, all of the products are made under strict quality control.
