SAMVARDHAN is a purpose-driven CSR and Sustainability Consulting firm committed to creating measurable, meaningful, and sustainable social impact. Founded by experienced professionals from the CSR, ESG, and development sector, the organization works at the intersection of corporate responsibility, community development, compliance, and impact assessment. Our mission is to bridge the gap between corporates, NGOs, government initiatives, and communities by enabling effective CSR planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. We would like to give a platform to social entrepreneurs to showcase and scale their Business. At SAMVARDHAN, we believe CSR should go beyond regulatory compliance and deliver real, long-term transformation at the grassroots level. We provide end-to-end services including CSR strategy and project design, proposal development, impact assessments, baseline and endline studies, ESG and BRSR advisory, monitoring & evaluation frameworks, compliance support, Project Implementation, Setting of PMU and capacity-building programs. Our approach combines globally recognized methodologies such as Theory of Change, Logframe, SROI, and participatory assessment models to ensure transparent and data-driven impact reporting. The organization has worked with leading corporates, PSUs, foundations, academic institutions, and industry bodies including HCL Technologies/Foundation, ONGC, IBM, JK Cement, Tata Autocop, SBI Foundation, IIT Kanpur, Tech Mahindra, WNS, and CII. Through its initiatives, SAMVARDHAN has trained 2,000+ professionals, engaged 90+ organizations, and expanded its reach across 20+ cities and states in India. Proudly female-led, SAMVARDHAN combines academic expertise with practical field experience to help organizations build compliant, transparent, and impact-driven CSR ecosystems.
