Galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc, coating to steel in order to prevent rusting and corrosion. We used modern and sophisticated technique in galvanizing process. We used both the process i.e. hot dipping and electroplating process. The zinc coating, when intact, prevents corrosive substances from reaching the underlying steel of iron. Firm will mostly used electro galvanizing for mild still pipes. The process involves electroplating, running a current of electricity through a zinc solution with a zinc anode and steel conductor. Steel is preserved from corrosion by cathodic protection. Our firm will work on sophisticated technique which will help full to increase the life of steel parts.
