Savorcart will manufacture and supply various types of instant food products like soups, sauces, tea premix, coffee premix, drinks, gravies, seasonings, marinade, desert products, powder flavors etc. which will be superior in taste, healthy and hygienically produced, best quality food range. Along with Instant food products Savorcart will manufacture herbal teas, infusions and decoctions which are different types of herbal water preparations. Herbal beverages will be made with fresh or dried flowers, immature fruits, leaves, seeds, and/or roots by steeping (infusion) or boiling (decoction) of the source materials including herbs. We will extract the chemical constituents from plant material and transfer it into water. Fruits & Vegetables are a seasonal product and cannot be stored over a long period. Hence majority of the vegetables are not available during off season. To overcome the problem dehydration technique will be used by Savorcart to process Fruits & vegetables those can be preserved for longer period and consumed whenever needed as fresh. Thus, ensuring supply during off season. Some of the popular vegetables such as peas, cauliflower, spinach, carrots, cabbage, carrot, green chilli, bitter gourd, cucumber etc. will be dehydrated and preserved for consumption throughout the year. Savorcart will preserve Fruits & Vegetables with dehydration process by removing the moisture content of a material to a level where micro-organism may not be able to grow and spoil it. Savorcart will employ the dehydration process by which product has better flavor, color, aroma, rehydration, acceptability, etc. in comparison to sun-dried dehydrated products. Dehydrate vegetables will be used to manufacture instant vegetable noodles, soups, snacks and fast food. They will also be used as condiment and flavoring agent in manufacturing of many ready to use food products such as tomato ketchups, sauces, salad, pickles, chutneys, meat sausages, masala bread and buns, breakfast foods, etc.
