Shiplifi is a technology-driven logistics and courier aggregation platform focused on empowering SMEs, small sellers, local transport operators, and regional courier companies across India. The company aims to democratise the logistics ecosystem by creating an inclusive, scalable, and employment-generating shipping network that reduces dependence on a few large logistics players. Initially, Shiplifi will provide basic courier aggregation services specially designed for small and medium businesses that existing courier aggregators often underserve due to low shipment volumes or limited geographic presence. The platform will enable affordable and seamless shipping solutions for these businesses through multiple courier partners. Shiplifi also plans to establish a nationwide network of booking and pickup counters, creating local employment opportunities while making parcel booking, pickup, and delivery more convenient and accessible for businesses and consumers. To strengthen India’s fragmented logistics sector, Shiplifi is building a decentralised network of first-mile pickup partners, fleet owners, and last-mile delivery partners across the country. This ecosystem-driven approach will improve delivery speed, optimize logistics operations, and provide sustainable business opportunities to small transport operators. Another innovative feature under development is the Courier Service Exchange, a collaborative platform where small and regional courier companies can utilize each other’s delivery networks to expand their reach and scalability. This initiative will improve operational efficiency and significantly reduce dependency on dominant logistics companies. Additionally, Shiplifi plans to integrate India Post delivery support through the “DAAK Mitra” initiative, enabling deliveries to the remotest regions of India while simultaneously supporting and generating additional earning opportunities for DAAK Mitras.
