To purchase, sell, manufacture, import, export, or otherwise deal in dry-cleaning plants, dryers, steam presses, and household and industrial washing machines and to undertake repair and maintenance contracts for dry cleaners, dyers, and the laundry man. To carry on the business of launders, cleaners, dry cleaners, and carpet beaters and to carry on the business of repairing all articles sent for cleaning or beating. Our company deals with developing, promoting, establishing, owning, acquiring, operating, managing, and maintaining directly or indirectly, restaurants (including quick service restaurants), eating houses, kiosks, fast food outlets, cafeterias, food courts, tea and coffee houses, soda fountains, taverns, canteens, catering services or other store formats and provide therein all types of amenities, facilities, conveniences, refreshments, in the territory of India and to license to other franchisees as a Py master franchisee, the right to develop, establish, operate and maintain, restaurants, eating houses, kiosks, fast food outlets, cafeteria, food courts, tea and coffee houses, soda fountains, taverns, canteens, catering services or other store formats in particular locations or regions within the territory of India. To carry on the business of providing outsourcing services for all processes, sub Processes, transactions, activities, and all other work performed by businesses in various industries, related to the above two clauses. To enter into contracts with government/ non-government organizations for carrying out outsourcing activities related to the main clause of the said firm.
