Though capital-intensive and utilising improved techniques, like any other agricultural activity horticulture is still a labour intensive method is it requires skilled workers who can put technology to effective use and unskilled workers who you will implement and make this activity possible. Our services provide employment to a large number of people from rural areas who have some know how of agriculture but are away from it due to lack of personal land or funds to make use of small lands. This way our firm is not just an employment generator but also an uplifter for persons who want to put their knowledge of cultivation to use. We are different from other horticulture practitioners because we do not use our personal lands or leased lands. This saves us a huge amount of money which is otherwise spent on them. The unused land of PSUs are generally more fertile than most other swathes of lands as natural process of nutrition replenishment had worked for long periods. The infrastructural costs, which are the biggest cost after lease of land, is the primary area where most lose the edge because procurement costs for limited area is higher compared to it being ordered for a large area. This, clearly, is economies of scale. Saving up on such big costs and many more smaller ones gives us the leverage against other players in this industry. Thus, our startup essentially solves three big problems: that of unemployment, land wastage, and soil erosion due to unhealthy farming practices.
