SkillEdge 4.0 Edutech Pvt Ltd is a startup focused on making India's graduates job ready. Currently there is a huge gap between academia and industry. The academia and the industry are themselves taking various initiative to bridge the gap. However, still a large percentage of graduates and post-graduates from Indian universities face challenges in finding a job after graduation. Moreover, the industry has to spend a number of months in training them on the job before they become fully productive. Skill-Edge courses, workshops and digital intervention is aimed at bridging this gap and we aim to make the graduates 100% job ready. Our courses are designed to impart specific job-role focused training, after assessing the candidates' aspirations, capabilities and the readiness for the job. Our courses are delivered online as well as offline. Our online delivery seeks to reach out to various parts of India, and in specific the Tier 2 and Tier 3 institutions' students in rural and semi-urban areas.
