ThoughtsPro Innovis is a one-stop solution provider for Extra Low Voltage Domain. Currently, customers, especially in the mid-market, have to rely on multiple service providers to get the products and solutions, which makes their after-sales support process difficult. The demand for companies that do turn-key ELV (Extra Low Voltage) installations is increasing, which includes the following services Fire Detection Structured Cabling Routing Switching IP/Analog Voice Data Security CCTV ACS PAVA Entrance control systems Audio Video iBMS Software Licensing identity and access management Servers and Storage Now, multiple integrators cater to a single project, which creates coordination issues for project management consultants. The lack of integrators with installation capabilities in all the above solutions leads to bifurcating the scope of work and assigning it to multiple companies. Giving orders to multiple agencies increases the complexity, from preparing coordinated GFC drawings to after-sales maintenance. The current market trend for Infrastructure projects is to give Composit work orders which include Civil, MEP(Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions. Such turn-key civil contractors also prefer to offload entire ELV works to a single organisation, which can verify the overall design, take up the internal project coordination with industry best practices, and install and maintain the same with minimal resources.
