Truck Drivers are the life line of the Transport Industry, but most of the drivers unaware of Road safety, not educated, No basic civic education, Lack of road sinage awareness and Training and do not manage their health properly. We at Transport Mitra engaged into this industry to improve efficiency level of drivers and provide better facilities, skilled development and an option to earn fair amount with benefits coverage. Transport Mitra acquire verified Drivers from Different Regions /Religions to suit Customer requirements and 100% Compliance on Minimum Wages EPF, Incentive, Performance Bonus, insurance. In different places on highway, we setup ‘Driver Niwas’ a concept of Driver’s Dhaba with all amenities, parking and resting. Which helps drivers to get refresh during the travel. When a Shipper hire a Transport Mitra certified Driver, they get trust and assured on safe delivery of materials. Drivers also get a fair and transparent compensation against their service.
