We are going to do business of the production of agricultural seeds under the name of Uma Agri Seeds, process them, pack them and sell them in the market. Here we are going to do two type of business 1. Doing the manufacturing of foundation seeds 2. Trading of seeds and 3. Job work. 1. An important factor to consider in the seeds are the moisture content of the seed prior to processing. Seed with moisture content are subject to excessive damage in the processing line. In this case natural or artificial drying may be necessary. We produce Guar, Bhidi, Choli, Tuvar, Wheat, R. Bajri, Rajko, etc. seeds, with For the production of each variety of seeds, we prepare the foundation seeds ourselves and sell them to our farmers who have been producing our seeds for years. Foundation seed is the progeny of breeder seed. Foundation seed may also be produced from foundation seed. Production of foundation seed stage-I (Foundation seed produced directly from breeder seed) and stage-II (Foundation seed produced from stage-I foundation seed) may thus be permitted. We take the permission of Agriculture department of Gandhinagar-Sector-10. Each variety that is to be seeding by the farmer as per the guidance given by us or as per the guidelines given by Agriculture department of Gandhinagar-Sector- 10. 2. We are also purchase seeds from Gujarat Seed Corporation, or any company that has prepared the foundation seeds, and sell them to our farmers for seeding purpose. 3. We buy the produced seeds from the farmers by paying the fixed price. we processed through machinery, after the germination test, after receiving the test report, we pack it under our brand and sell it in the market through the network of dealer distributors (who have permission to sell seeds).
