NATURE OF WORK 1.1 The vision of the company is to design, validate and execute the automated and robotic solutions for a number of problems as identified by the company itself or brought to the company by its clients. 1.2 The Vertox Labs Private Limited is a sector agnostic company on account of it being a technology and solutions oriented company, but we foresee the application of our technology in a number of field such as agriculture, biotech, bioreactors/nuclear energy reactors, water-sanitation, waste-to-wealth, waste management, fire fighting etc. 1.3 The company’s mandate is to research, develop, design, deal in export/imports all kinds of technology and automation products to be deployed in tackling multiple issues including but not limited to water quality monitoring (both freshwater and treated waters); remote monitoring of agricultural inputs, crop quality, extraction of weeds; cleaning, sludge removal, hazardous gas inspections in enclosed spaces etc. at industrial as well as domestic scale. The company intends to take its technology and automated products to customers in Indian as well as abroad utilising any of the following models of business such as franchisor or franchisee and licensor or licensee for both commercial as well as non- commercial purposes, 1.4 The company will heavily invest its resources in engaging and developing products including but limited to hardware equipments such motherboards, systems, peripherals, processors; robotic sensors, technologies such as AI/IoT; software modules and data analytics and cloud computing, hosted business platforms and computer application products as well as and especially material having application in the field of research and development. 1.5 The company will also help it’s customers in designing, developing, installing, implementing and operating all kinds of equipments and to commercially exploit as developers, dealers, franchisors or licensors of all the equipments, technology products and such like acquired and vested with the company in any manner and to undertake turnkey projects in that implement technological products or automation services as well to undertake all kinds of activities in the social welfare sector whether independently or in association with any other third party.
